These terms govern use of the Stampliq app and website (“Service”) between you as a customer and the provider (see Imprint).
1. Service
Stampliq provides digital stamp cards and loyalty programmes for participating merchants. Stamps, rewards, and redemptions follow each merchant’s / card’s rules. Stampliq provides the technical platform; the loyalty offer is between you and the merchant unless we expressly state otherwise.
2. Registration and account
Use generally requires a customer account (e.g. sign-in with mobile number and SMS code). Keep credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Login phone numbers can be changed via the in-app verification flow.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for its intended purpose and not abusively (e.g. manipulating stamps or bypassing location/card rules).
- Perform scans and NFC actions only at places/devices intended by the merchant.
- Do not infringe third-party rights or upload unlawful content.
For serious breaches we may suspend or terminate the account and, where legally permitted, cancel stamps/rewards.
4. Merchant content and availability
Offers, opening hours, reward rules, and availability are the merchant’s responsibility. The Service is provided “as available”; maintenance and outages may occur. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
5. Fees
Customer use of the app is generally free unless expressly stated otherwise. Your mobile/internet provider costs (SMS, data) are yours.
6. Intellectual property
Stampliq branding, software, and design remain with the provider or licensors. Merchant logos and content remain with the merchant. You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the Service while the contract lasts.
7. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Product liability remains unaffected. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Privacy and deletion

9. Changes
We may update these terms when the Service or law requires. Material changes will be shown in the app; where required we will ask for renewed acceptance. Continued use after effective acceptance means the new version applies.
10. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence remains unaffected. If a clause is invalid, the rest remains in force. Venue for merchants is the provider’s registered seat; for consumers, statutory venues apply.
